What We Believe

» That salvation comes only through the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the only begotten Son of God; conceived of the Holy Ghost; and, born of the Virgin Mary. Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead.

» In the second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, including the rapture and revelation. 

(Matthew 24:27; I Thessalonians 4:15-17; Revelation 19:11-16)

» That all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Repentance to God for every believer is necessary for the forgiveness of sin.(Romans 3:23)

» That water baptism, by immersion, in the name of Jesus Christ is for the remission of sin and is an outward expression of an inward change.

(Acts 2:38; Romans 6:34)

» That Holy Spirit is the Chief Agent in the regeneration of the soul, the Chief Convictor of sin and the Chief Comforter of the believer. 

»That the indwelling Holy Spirit is essential to the believers ability to do the will of God and that He teaches all things and brings to remembrance all that Jesus said.

» That the children of God are required to live a holy and sanctified life. 

(Romans 12:1-2; II Timothy 2:19; Ephesians 4:24-28; I Peter 3:8-18)

» That we are saved by grace through faith and not because of ourselves. We believe that salvation is the gift of God.

(Ephesians 2:8)

» That Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh.

(John 10:30; John 14:6; Philippians 2:6)

» That the Lord's Supper should be observed as often as possible in remembrance of the sacrifice Jesus made.

(I Corinthians 11:26)

» In financially supporting the ministry consistently; and that giving is a form of worship. We believe that we should give cheerfully as it is purposed in our hearts not grudgingly or out of necessity. We believe that each of us should bring our tithes into the storehouse in order that there would be provision in the temple.

» The Bible is the infallible Word of God, and that all scripture was written by men but inspired by God and the Word of God shall stand forever.

(II Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 40:8)

» That sin separates man from God. The only way to reconcile man back to God, is to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior and apply His blood to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (Ephesians 1:7;   I John 1:7-10; Revelation 1:5)
